VBS 2026 Registration Form

Please answer the following questions for all children participating in VBS. This will help us ensure a safe and fun experience for all children who come through our doors!

Please note that we will be providing a lunch during VBS to all those who attend. If your child has any special dietary needs, please be sure to send a packed lunch with them that is appropriate for their needs. We will ensure that their lunch is labeled and given to them during lunch time. We cannot ensure a gluten free, nut free environment at this time.
